Walking guide
At the carpark at the end of Crystaluna Drive, there is a shower and a café and general store on the corner of Crystaluna Drive and Marillana Drive – about 50m from the carpark.
From the carpark head south along the path through the dunes (Plate 1), passed two smaller carparks, and, after about 1.1km which is before the path meets Foreshore Drive, there is a limestone track off to the right (Plate 2).

Plate 2: Limestone path to the carpark adjacent to the T junction of Singleton Beach Road and Foreshore Drive
Take this track which it leads to a carpark with toilets and a shower. This is adjacent to the T junction of Singleton Beach Road and Foreshore Drive. There is also a lookout at the northern end of the car park just passed the toilet block (Plate 3), with good views (Plate 4).

South of this carpark the path runs parallel to Foreshore Drive on the east side of the road (Plate 5).
Plate 5: The path that runs parallel to Foreshore Drive
There are two options to proceed from here:
1. Proceed do the footpath for about 1.3km where Foreshore Drive ends (there are some views to the ocean); or
2. Head down to the beach and walk south.
Either way, after about 800m there is a lookout within the foreshore reserve (Plate 6), with good ocean views (Plate 7)

When Foreshore Drive ends you then have to take the sand track to the beach and continue south (Plate 8).
Plate 8: Track to the beach at the end of Foreshore Drive
The land adjacent to this area of the coast is yet to be developed and there is no formal track through this area, which is fenced off anyway (Plate 9).

Walk an additional 1.0km south and you will see the start of the Madora residential area. Take the second sand track up to a small carpark with no facilities – this is the turn around point (Plate 10)
